| You get lots of stuff for not a lot of money, however, the charge cable is NOT for the Flip Ultra HD. Haven't tried out any of the other cable yet, but with the charge cable, the camera shows an error message. |

I have a Flip Ultra HD camcorder and I got this bundle because I wanted a car charger and a wall charger. I tried to use the wall charger and it was defective, and so I let the company know and they replaced it very quickly. When I got the replacement, I tested both it and the car charger and I received a message on my Flip cam saying "charging paused, check the battery." I asked the company what I should do and they recommended sending me a refund. I told them that I really wanted something that worked but apparently they didn't think their product was compatible with my Flip cam so I said a refund would be fine. When they sent me a refund, they only refunded me $5. I said that I thought a refund of at least $10 would be fair and I could return the two chargers. They never responded to my last email.
I found out the HDMI cable didn't work with my computer and I would need to try it on an HD TV. I don't have an HD TV at the moment so I haven't tested it yet to see if it works.
The covers are fine but it is not something I need. Maybe if I was 12 years old it would be cool.
So my overall feeling is that if the product worked, I would have rated this experience a 5 because of the quick service and getting something I needed. But because the product doesn't work and I wasted money and because of how our interaction ended, with a product I can't use, a measly $5 refund, and no response to my final email with an offer that I thought was fair, I'm rating this a 1.
